Radiographic examination revealed well defined radiolucency associated with lateral incisor and the non-vital deciduous canine. The cystic space lined by odematous epithelium, consisting of basal cuboidal to flat cells and superficial loose cells. Adjacent connective stroma is densely inflamed with chronic inflammatory cell infiltration and blood capillaries. Diagnosis was made and marsupilization under general anesthesia was planned.
